1) By utilizing the services of your Hearts Desire Travel agent, determine your honeymoon destination & activities.

2) Determine the cost of your honeymoon & activities. (Remember that Hearts Desire Travel offers competitive
pricing on all travel destinations & our Honeymoon Registry is free for you to use.)

3) Submit your deposit to secure your Honeymoon reservations.
(This amount is usually reimbursed to you from the proceeds of your registry.)

4) Create your Honeymoon Registry web page (provide information in the Honeymoon Registry Form) listing
information regarding your Honeymoon and desired activities that you want to see and do. Be creative, have
fun, share your dreams.

5) Promote your site to your family, friends, co-workers, and community via e-mail, wedding websites,
postcards, save the date cards/magnets, invitation inserts, engagement party, bachelor/ette party, and
newspaper announcement. (Visit America's Invitation Company for a large selection of wedding invitations & accessories.)

6) The professionals at Hearts Desire Travel will receive and keep track of your gifts, providing you an e-mail
that documents each incoming gift, plus we will create a master-list of all your gifts with the names,
addresses, phone number, & e-mail addresses of each gift giver. (Great for sending "Thank You" notes.)

7) In order to provide this Honeymoon Registry service, Hearts Desire Travel collects a simple 10% convenience
fee from each gift giver (this amount is usually less than it would cost for your gift giver go to the store, pay tax
on your gift, and wrap your gift). No charge for the Bride & Groom to use the Honeymoon Registry service.

8) Pay the remaining balance of the travel services and activities on the pre-determined due date from the
proceeds of your Honeymoon Registry, plus any additional requests prior to your departure. Any additional
gifts that come in after your wedding will be forwarded to you upon your return from your dream honeymoon.
